Nutrition Services 

Our on-site cafeterias provide healthy meal choices at subsidized prices, where we use a color-coded system to bring awareness to nutritional value. We also offer nutrition programs and consultations from registered dietitians.

Employee Assistance Program

In 2017, we provided more than 100 on-site educational presentations to more than 3,800 employees with a satisfaction rating of 97 percent.

Employees also participated in various targeted programs, including Mindful Eating, Mindfulness at Work, a relaxation training program and a weight-loss program.

Environmentally Friendly Workplace

Our corporate headquarters in Juno Beach, Florida, has earned the prestigious Gold-level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for the design, construction and operation of our high-performance "green" buildings.

Flexible Work Arrangements

Our flexible work arrangement guidelines allow employees to schedule their work hours around family needs. On-site childcare provided during events, such as hurricanes, help employees balance work and family when they are needed at work for longer periods than normal.
